One of the things that make customers loyal is the experience that they had while dealing with your company. No matter how small you earn from doing business with a customer, you should always thank them for it.
A simple thank you would be great but it would be much better if you thank them by giving them exemplary service. If you give them an unforgettable good experience, they’ll stay loyal and may even recommend you to their friends and family.
